Had Jose as a service tech, for routine maintenance, was very informative and did a nice job .

Jose Sandoval checked our furnace to be sure it was ready for the first cold day. He was very thorough and efficient in completing the check list. I am very confident that our heating system is in good order and ready when I wll need it.
One hot afternoon recently, one of our roof mounted air conditioners stopped working. I immediately called Hamstra Heating & Cooling and the next AM Jeff Adams, a HamsterAC technician, was there to do the repairs. Jeff is very professional and courteous. He methodically worked through the problem and found out that two small components had burned out, causing the AC fuse to trip. Customer service is keenly important to us, and Hamstra hit it out of the park. Ryan was a great advocate for your company, and the rest of the team did an excellent job too. I would not recommend this company to any one for any repair. The condensation pump went out on my AC unit I had the technician come out today and I was charged 399.00 for the repair. I found the pump online for approximately 50 dollars. Hamstra on the other hand charged me for the EXACT pump....310.00 dollars!! Ridiculous!!! Talk about taking advantage of people. Please beware of this company.
Hamstra Heating & Cooling is a top notch company that hires the most knowledgeable and dedicated technicians. Their customer service is fantastic. Dave and Victor went over and above on the Friday before Labor Day to make sure our frozen AC unit was up and running before our company arrived. We are so grateful.
Jose S., service technician, came to check on why my AC unit stopped working. He found the problem immediately and was able to fix it even though it was on a Sunday!!. He was efficient, competent and extremely knowledgeable. I can only say excellent things about Jose S. and Hamstra. What an excellent company!! Thank you, Hamstra.
Matthew was wonderful. He responded quickly and got right to work. Of course my A/C broke on the hottest day of the year. His expertise and skill got us back to "cool" very quickly. Can't Thank You enough.
