Hamstra Heating and Cooling did a great job on our HVAC installation. They have excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. It was an all around wonderful experience.
George O'Neal has been out to our ranch quite a bit lately and he is always on time, pleasant, nails the problem, gets the parts ordered before he leaves, and has our issues taken care of in no time at all. We enjoy seeing George and its nice to know that Hamstra will send him out every time.
I called on Monday and had Dave there yesterday. Dave was very friendly and explained everything he was doing as he went. Great customer service from the scheduling person as well. Thank you!
George did a great job taking care of the noise in my recently installed ac unit. Even though it wasn't duplicating when he was here. He looked at the unit anyway and noticed a clearance problem
On January 4, Jay Werch made the 60 mile trek from Tucson to do a routine tune up on the new Lennox HVAC system that Hamsra installed last summer. After doing a thorough cleaning of all the filters and vents, Jay checked out the unit on the roof and discovered that some settings needed to be changed to keep an overload switch from cutting off the heat. My husband, Steve, and I are very pleased with the service we received from the Hamstra team. We called them to check out our furnace and Jose determined it was unsafe to operate so we agreed to purchase a new gas furnace. Big John came over to go over options and it was very easy to choose our purchase. The men who came to measure and install the furnace were so polite and clean. I've been wanting to replace my window air units with a ductless type ac. One day I saw George at my neighbors doing a service call and I mentioned to him to have someone call and set up an estimate. He immediately called the office and set up an appointment. Soon after that John came to the house and gave me an on the spot estimate which I approved. shortly after that Rick came to the house and performed the engineering.
