Everyone was super good--John Sudbeck, Mike Lachapelle, Jason M., Robert O, John S. and the fort lift man. We are enjoying our new heating/AC unit! I loved it when John Sudbeck came today to ask if we had any questions and told us that a tree would be planted in Tucson in my name. A huge shout-out to Hamstra Heating & Cooling!! They replaced our full HVAC system in our home this week and from start to finish every member of their team was professional, timely, clear, and very skilled! They are a long time, family owned local company that we would recommend 100% for any and all of your AC and heating needs. Thanks to the whole crew from John and Ricky to Jason and Ray! Having a complete replacement of both my heating and AC units was a bit concerning, since I had never been involved with something like this. The Installers Jason M. and Aaron H. where great. They explained what and why they were doing an area every time I questioned, which was quite often. The job was done better than I had anticipated. Kudos to these two men and others that came in to finish certain area's. If asked to refer someone to a great heating & cooling company, it will be HAMSTRA.
I was very pleased with the Tech that came out to check our system. Steve was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the questions I had. Turned out our Train unit was just fine, but Steve was able to get rid of a vibration that was making me crazy. I would recommend Hamstra Heating and Cooling to all my friends. Thanks again Steve.
Was long overdue for some HVAC service and contacted Jeff Hamstra, whom I've know professionally for at least 15yrs. After personally looking at my unit, Jeff sent a proposal covering several levels of service, we made a deal, and several days later, Victor Lopez appeared at my home to perform the long overdue service. Victor was very thorough, personable, and after he was done with his work, went over everything with me that was accomplished.
