Our AC failed on the weekend in the 90 degree heatwave. We were served promptly and efficiently by Dave. He was neat, clean, personable, and skilled. He was a great representative for his company. Highly recommend.
I have been impressed by everything that Hamstra has done for me from the billing department the scheduling department to the service representatives. Today, Doug came right on time and did an excellent job of servicing my cooling unit. He was polite, professional, and very efficient. I would strongly recommend Hamstra to any of my friends and acquaintances.

Nick Pulver came over to do a routine service check of our air conditioner/heat pump. He was very thorough and professional with the inspection, and called me over at several points (at my request) to discuss his findings and recommendations. The unit checked out A-OK, and the thoroughness of his inspection gives me great peace of mind. He also went out of his way to adjust several of the internal settings on the thermostat, to better control the heat pump/furnace handoff. Hamstra called me to schedule the appointment for my routine fall checkup today and Nick was actually there early. He was friendly and efficient. Didn't mind my noisy dogs. I've come to trust them. I recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues or just needing someone who won't tell them something is wrong when nothing is wrong.
