Thanks to the little restaurant in the Chicago terminal for giving me and my friend food poisoning right before a 5 hour bus ride
I can say “I got to where I was going”. My first bus was on time arriving at the station but the bus driver decided to take a 30 min break on a stop and go stop. Then we hit traffic in Portland. We reached the Portland station at 12:15 pm and my connecting left at 12:10. The next bus out didn’t leave until 11pm. The nice ticket attendant reprinted new tickets and even brought the couple of us who were stuck at the station pizza for lunch. Which was very nice. So finally the ...Continue Reading
Recommendedbetter than other company
Booked a greyhoud ticket with wanderu. It was from chicago to toronto. We went to the bus station early, bus was late by 1hr. Thats understandable. But the person at ticket counter was horrible. She gave the baggage clearance and gave only till part way(detroit). It was a through bus, she said she doesnt know what happens after detroitt. He attitude was really bad too. The bus station is nasty. Homeless people everywhere begging for cigarettes, money, food But yet people are outside smoking weed and just loitering The seats in the bus station are SO UNCOMFORTABLE. THEY COULD AT KEAST HAVE AOME DECENT SEATS SINCE THERE ARE CONSIDERABLE WAIT TIMES. AND THE BUS I HAD TO WAIT FOR WAS 3 HRS. AND THEN THE BUS THAT CAME ENDED UP FULL. I will definitely be calling costumer service after this trip is over every bus I’ve gotten on has been late which has caused me to call off, the costumer service in station is completely rude and this has just over all been my worst traveling experience thus far
