We've been stuck at this terminal in chicago for 4 hrs on a delay. 3/21/18 I feel bad for all the ppl who tryin to make connecting buses. Glad Im going from here ro Cincinnati and thats it. Cant imagine having to deal with this bs anymore. Update: After 4 hr wait they put us on a bus went 4 blocks only to turn around and bring us back to the station because the baggage door wont stay closed. WT entire F!!! So now back here waiting on another mf'n bus. Probably be another 4 fuckin hrs

Purchased my niece a ticket back to college for 9 pm last night. The bus was delayed as usual and we're told it'll be 1:30 am before the bus would probably arrive. A whole bus left with Memphis on the Marquee full of passengers headed to MS & LA but no Memphis. She didn't leave until after midnight which caused her to miss a whole day of school. And to make matters worse, the bus was cold and the power outlets did not work. An entire 11 hours with no heat and no power to charge cellphones. The only reason we choose Greyhound... read more

Got into chicago at 9:30pm. There was a bus for Minneapolis that was suppose to leave at 9pm (driver never showed). Then also another bus leaving for chicago at 10:40pm (bus ran on time). Greyhound would not switch the 10:40pm driver to the 9pm bus. So the people originally scheduled to leave at 9pm did not leave till midnight. But the 10:40pm people just left on time no question ask. Even if the people on the 9pm bus ask for transfer the ticket agents would not accomidate.

How could your driver be late a whole hour and a half to board passengers in Chicago headed for St. Louis with no regards to the time difference, this is a trash dump I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Greyhound stole my bag after they told me it was not my bus when I showed my boarding pass. Guess what? It was my bus and now since it was carry on I can't get it back. I'd put a 0 star if I could for the customer service as well
