The worst company bus EVER! We had two courses and EVERYTIME was a problem. First, our bus from NY was delayed so we cannot catch up with another GREYHOUND bus (ride in one ticket). There were a lot of problems with arranging something. Now, I was waiting for Peter Pan bus from Washington, because our ride was canceled due to MECHANICAL problem. IT not my business. I buy a ticket, I have to ride. I had to pay much and I had a chance to miss my plane to Europe. GREYHOUND, you're the worst!

Traveling from Grand Rapids to Chicago is always pleasant, the bus is always on time, and the Indian Trails bus drivers are so nice, and very good safe drivers. I love the new buses, and the electrical outlets for our phones. I absolutely love riding Greyhound. Thank you so much, for all you do. God bless you All

On May 15th, I was scheduled to depart from Chicago, Illinois to South Bend , Indiana to transfer to an 8’o clock bus that would take me to Kokomo, Indiana Of course life happens however and the bus to south bend ended up being 1 hour behind schedule. This I understand, it happens. Old Buses, Terrible service, bought my ticket online and got over charge 15 dollars in fees according to them is because I bought it as gift

They are horrible transportation. The main headquarters has no idea what is going on locally. I take the bus from Naperville Illinois to dekalb Illinois every other week. There are two metra train stations in Naperville in which the rate 59 station is where the bus is supposed to connect, several times it has gone to the other Naperville station on 4th street. Chicago greyhound dispatch gives both addresses for pick up depending upon who you speak to on a daily basis. This company is the worst transportation ever!

I've never bought a bus ticket from Greyhound before so, this is my first time experience. I have a friend that wanted to visit me from Michigan so I purchased a round trip ticket. Unfortunately, my friend had a major medical emergency and couldn't make the trip. Now theyre telling me that because I purchased an economy ticket that it's Non-Refundable.
