bus service ever they have no compassion for people they are only about their money and that sucks I would never ever ride with Greyhound bus again if I have to I just won't go it's that serious I've had too many bad experiences and no one seemed to want to help they seem like they do but they don't no follow-through.
Horrible buses, most of the drivers are rude; some of the worst bus stations I’ve seen.. Horrible customer service.. I have a list of complaints. Now I need to see if I can get a hold of cooperate and resolve some issues!

Greyhound has gotten horrible with the late buses. When you are in the station and have to wait 3 hours or more because they don’t have a driver for a scheduled bus that you have purchased tickets in advance, there is something terribly wrong. Either management needs to step up to the plate and hire more drivers or figure out a new plan.

Horrible. Horrible service. Rude staff, security guard is harassing people. Swearing while on the job. Never again. We returned a lost wallet and the customer service agent pocketed it.
Excellent service for an affordable price. Kind and professional drivers.
