the bus station bathrooms were disgusting.
RecommendedGreyhound sells a service which is to get you from point A to B quick,safe and cheap. Now its not so cheap. They so fast that if they fall behind your not eating or taking bathroom breaks. All of the drivers have been good drivers but with terrible manners and yell at passengers often. Bring a backpack with food and snacks. Bottles of water. These busses will leave you if your not on time.
There are absolutely NO Covid-19 precautions being taken by this company. Seems to be disorder and noone seems to realize that not everyone understands the bus or transit system they have set up isn't entirely known to people that have never used it! So be kin, Greyhound staff, when someone asks for help instead of having an attitude.
Didn’t clean the bus after new customer go in the bus. And they didn’t use spray to kill germ nothing. Know better coronavirus is dangerous
The staff was so unorganized and very unprofessional.
Please! Don’t ever travel is the bus company it is literally THE WORST EVER!!! No COVID-19 restrictions, no social distance, employees and customers don’t wear masks. The seats are not secure they were moving! in one of my transfers the light didn’t turn off. They don’t notify the stops and when they stop they just throw your luggage like no value and no responsibility. Horrible service smells like urine and the womens restroom is terrible. Flies everywhere to much hanging out alot of homeless people in and out
