they do a wonderful job and try their best to make sure you are on time
people cough and sneeze without covered mouths. very few masks.
most stations are run down and not enough drivers for routes.. sat at Indianapolis for over 10 hours to have bus canceled. then had to rebooted onto a bus that will take twice as long

Rude employees, incompetent drivers, lack of assistance with the disabled, and mishandling of luggage ( they lost mine on the 2nd bus transfer.
restroom was disgusting, staff was horrible, and csfe was closed
