Recommendedmy bus was 5hours late from Chicago to Cleveland but our driver rocks! I'm still on the bus;)
They are always late, been left for 6 hours in another location. Bus was late again tonite.
it was sad that I had to wait 6hrz for a bus that was scheduled to leave at 2 pm. I deserve my money back. GREYHOUND is a much established company that should be able to avoid situations like that.
First time rider. Driver made several unannounced stops, one off switch had him do an entire loop around the city and end up back at the station we were originally at, at our first stop. I had bought my tickets and they changed the time on me without ever notifying me of the change. Luckily, I showed up an hour early, shortly before the bus arrived and started boarding.
The experience every time I go down town Chicago, I’m always treated with respect. I love riding greyhound
Chicago station has some of the rudest people I’ve ever met working there way too much attitude. Next time I travel I will use AmTrak!!!
