The ride home was terrible the bus was late picking us up We waited 3 hours to leave and then we had a 5 hour layover that one told us about until we started asking questions the staff was disrespectful I will never use Greyhound again. a ride that was suppose to be 16 hours took us 22 hours to get from Atlanta to Chicago.
visiting my son in Atlanta Georgia was suppose to leave for Chicago at 5:15. Bus arrived at 8:45 over 3 hours late. Arrived in Nashville at 11:56 only to be told there will be a four hour wait. none of the so call employees knew anything, they were rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. I am a 73 year old senior, I was feeling Ill I tried to ask someone where the bus was that I came in on becaues my medications was on the bus. his answer to me was I don't know, so next time don't ride Greyhound. im very upset. i missed my sons 12th birthday waitung on greyhound.. the driver never showed up.. 15hrs and counting.. I want answers.. I want a refund.. and hell if you need a driver... Im a cdl holder offer me a nice amount of money and out me on the schedule.... but I can never get my sons 12th bday back...
I travel on Greyhound busses a lot. I find customer service listens and actually makes improvements unlike the airlines. The drivers, ticket agents and bag handlers are very professional. I do wish they had more cities on their routes, because it is very affordable to travel via bus.

The experience was great,took grayhound from Texas all the way to Chicago and meet along the way good people,the entire staff was helpful and clean! * please note that you really really do save a lot buying online,a lady rode with me all the way through and she paid cash on her ticket and mine was almost $70 cheaper ((Go-Grayhound))
I've been trying 2 contact corporate for a whole month about my situation and I keep getting hung up on!!
I quit working there after Floyd Bates started trouble for me. I quit. He lied and said I threatened him and I'm banned from the building. Can't even buy a ticket yet he got fired!!!! Just walked in after 3 years to be embarrassed. Now it's time to sue. This is wrong and discrimination
