If I could have given a -100 I would have I will never as long as I live get on another Greyhound Bus, the service is absolutely horrible!!!!
It's too small for all these people, and the bathrooms are disgusting and smelly. And I witnessed a roach crawling on the counter near the outlets...ewwww
Worst company out there. They have a shortage of buses and drivers dont travel there
Horrible service bedbugs on their buses the passager across from me spotted 4 of them that 1 on Harrison nasty bathroom horrible service 1time last time i dnt want no parts od greyhound to who ever see this im telling the truth
Fucc greyhound its always late and bad service
They need to be in time bus needs to not break down and if you get stuck for more then 4 hours should get money back
It's ok for short trips
The trip was long, on my bus drivers were amazing! They were very helpful I was traveling with a walker and had hard time walking, The only thing is our second bus going from Chicago to Minneapolis did not have a working bathroom. Nine hours with no working bathroom. Pathetic
