This company now allows law enforcement to enter and question/harass passengers with no just cause nor warrant. This is a terrible practice and has guaranteed not only will none of my family ever use this bus but I will be informing the public every chance I get to boycott this company.

The people who work at the Chicago station are 99.9% horrible and not helpful! You can have on a halo and those women and men will treat you so unkind. There Chicago to Memphis route is a joke you either get left in Chicago for hours at a time or you get stuck in Effingham waiting for a driver or you break down on the side of the road and you're told to just wait until they can send someone.

Our bus from chicago to Detroit was late 4 hours!!! We were supposed to leave at 6:20 AM, the driver pulled up at 7 AM. We get on the bus for 50 minutes, and apparently the heaters were not working, so sitting and freezing for 50 minutes. They told us there were mechanical issues with that bus, and we need to go back to the station. From 7:50 to 10:15, we were at the station waiting for another bus, and we talked to the office and driver, and no one knows the issue. I booked a trip to Chicago and the bus driver said it was full and to wait for the next one, called greyhound and got no answer then I was imformed that the next bua had no seats left and that I couldn't get a spot.

Arrived at the Chicago station at 11:20am for an 11:40am boarding time and 12pm departure. It is now 12:40pm and there is still no bus. The bus I was supposed to be on was severely overbooked. They basically let the first five people in line on the bus and closed the gate because there were no seats left. There is an entire bus full of people still in line that are now stranded here.
