Terrible terrible company! Why is it that you can book a ticket online and your stupid employees just give your ticket away the day your supposed to leave! She was there on time and everything! They didn’t even ask the person who took her ticket for a passcode like they are supposed to! That’s what they did at the station in Knoxville Tennessee to my grandmother who was trying to come to her family for Christmas! Shame on you Greyhound!
PEOPLE, NEVER TAKE GREYHOUND!!!!!! I booked my November ride in August and couldn’t get on my guaranteed schedule.
Horrible experience from booking through actual trip. Double charged, customer service was not competent, website disfunctional, bus 3 hours late due to maintenance issues that they did not have the part for.... lets see how the actual trip is...
