I have been riding greyhound since 2005 faithfully 3 problems. #1 sometimes the seats are to close together not enough leg room. #2 sometimes people at the desk don't know what they doing #3 it's really not with station it's some of the bus drivers that put you off the bus cuz your personality clashes

I am really upset with the Greyhound Company, I arrived at the bus terminal in Minneapolis, Mn at 9:15pm so I could pick up my ticket and wait for my scheduled bus at 12:01am, just to be told that my bus was cancelled without any notification. I had to wait for another bus which was to arrive at 12:55 am heading to Chicago arrival time 9:00am. I had to wait there for 12 hours until the next bus came at 9:10pm heading to Arkansas. Then I get to Memphis, TN. suppose to leave out at 8:05am only to be told that my bus was waitin... read more
They were awesome with a friend of mine. So appreciate it
such horrible customer service this is the 2nd tome I put my daughter on greyhound going back to school and the bus was late leaving and she almost missed her connecting bus it was pulling out as she got to the next terminal and the customer service reps on the phone were no help

Whoever the rude driver was for the 8:20am departure today was needs to find a new line of work, she won't even answer the simplest questions or give me her name, I will have her name though. No reason to give me attitude lady
