Had to wait 5hrs for my bus from chicago to Milwaukee and very poor customer service, I'll never use greyhound ever again. They claimed short staffed but yet they'll sell tickets for during the day and keep you waiting till 7pm very unhappy...thankfully Milwaukee bus was on time
I'm sitting at the Markham bus station waiting for my 9:45 bus which is still not here by bus leaving from Chicago leaves at 12:01 p.m. but this bus won't get here in Markham till 12:40 so I like to know how I'm supposed to catch a 1201 bus leaving at 12:40
The worst Greyhound station I ever been in. This lady was od'ing on the floor and the security guards stood there and did nothing, he asked me if I wanted to help her I said it's not my job.
Never again if I can help it. Go trailways !!!!!!!
Very poor service but was running restroom very dirty just did like the service at wont be using it any more
The whole ride from Albuquerque to Chicago the Wi-Fi on the busses didn't work the bathrooms were filthy it was hot cramped congested and worst of all my luggage is missing
My greyhound experience sucked. Last time I was on greyhound it sucked. This time I had no choice. Greyhound.....never again (if I can help it anyway). Most of the employees were rude. The food sucked. Water fountains were turned off in San Antonio, forcing people to Buy water. No onions for my hamburger, which is my favorite ingredient on a burger. In Dallas the bus was extremely late, so they had to change my ticket around, creating more delays.
Courteous staff, easy ride, very punctual and inexpensive. Would do it anytime
