Shocking experience. Was supposed to be picked up at University n Station in Chicagoo-bus did not arrive. I would have missed my next bus if I did not catch a cab at my own expense. Spent 15 minutes holding on for call centre who never came back to me. Never ever again
I think they should stop packing the bus so tight. Im on the bus for hours, o dont want to be packed in like this, never again will i ride with this company.
The bus was very late, it was crowded in the station, and the staff was not good.
Beautiful. Nice location, and my wait wasnt long. Need to upgrade the seats to be more comfortable. People do pay there money to let u do the driving
Station was very dirty agents were rude,driver was rude, whole place smelled of urine when cleaning person steam cleaned the rest room. There is no concern for handicap people on bus driver has blocked off first row of seats with their belongings and then they cram someone next to you cause there are no more seats
Our bus was 2 hours late and someone shat their pants by the waiting area. The Chicago location is not a good place to look for feedback.
Took my money on bull shit and ask for 20 more for a ticket
