I waited 5 hours for my bus to arrive. The terminal had people on top of people, with no explanation of why we were waiting. We were not given an ETA of our bus, nor was Greyhound's handy bus tracker app giving updates. It was totally horrible. I'll never go back.
Was supposed to leave Chicago from the Greyhound at 955 last night...waited 7hrs and the staff couldn't tell anyone what was going on when people would ask. No accommodations for the inconvenience or anything. There were people there that were waiting hours before me so were waiting longer than the 7hrs that i was myself. Not the type of service i expected with the company.
This is the most horrible and unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my bus and kept my $100 and decided not to even reschedule my trip. They are scam artist!!!! Don't travel with them....they are in the business of robbing people..... Drive or fly!!!!!

If I could rate this -5 stars I would. Our bus was first delayed {understandable} however when we entered the bus there were not enough seats for everyone and we were told to exit the bus and wait. Three hours later we were told that there “should” be a bus on the way. After waiting 40 minutes I spoke with customer service- Terry- I was just told “sorry” and that because he was taking the time to talk to me he was unable to help everyone else. Your service is the worst I would everyone take the train � greyhound left 15 people stranded out by the Dells last night at McDonald's they told my stepson there was know room on the bus but he had ticket for that night to get home to Milwaukee he lost his holiday pay Fuck you Greyhound ����
You guys made my friend late getting home for Christmas. You guys seriously suck and I don’t know how you people sleep at night knowing how many people you screwed over on Christmas. May god have mercy on your souls.
