The bus was delayed no food stops like normal. Left Chicago at 1215pm instead of 11am. Got to Omaha at almost 10pm. Not our fault bus was late worst trip ever. Disappointed

My bus was over 5 hours late and being a young teen having to stay in a dirty trashy bus station during the middle of the night (10:30pm-3:30am) in Chicago is absolutely unacceptable. There was no organization and nobody knew what was going on for so long. Never riding again!!
I purchased my bus ticket a week before and they overbooked it and wouldn't let me on. Then they could not tell me when a new bus was coming. Every single employee treated me like I was severely inconveniencing them by asking questions about my bus. Didn't show up after two hours. Got a refund. Never riding greyhound again.
Dam shame those buses aren't on time and don't communicate well with there drivers
