The bus announcements are not clear at all not enough seating the free outlets were non functional. Timings are off.
I missed my bus. It's labor day weekend. I had to wait in Chicago for 10 hours+ in the terminal. Under these circumstances, it was tolerable. I was able to board the bus. However, in St Louis I had to wait an additional hour+. It seems like there weren't enough seats on the bus. So I had to wait for the overflow bus to take the 7 of us to our final destination. So my suggestion is this...have patience and it will serve you well. That's the best kinda service ever!
Trip was so terrible Im opting to just ride Megabus home even though I paid Greyhound for a round trip. Bus was filthy (even by GH low standards), late, and station agents were apathedic at best.
Wasn't what I expected cancellation for 18 hours not good
Me and my kid and the rest of the passengers had been thrown off schedule. 2-3 hours behind, we had to wait for a new driver to "get fresh" and our previous driver left us in Tulsa Oklahoma til about 6 am
My yesterday' s experience was far better than I had in Fort Lauderdale. The driver, James was funny and really friendly, we departed and arrived on time, so no complaints.
Staff were very helpful, did what they could to be organized. This so many people here. Only bad thing was that the food wasn't the greatest.
