Recommendedstaff was friendly counter lady was very nice and one of the workers helped me with my bags overall a good experance
as soon as you get off bus.and light a cigarette multiple people rush up on you trying to bum cigarettes and money. terminal employees an security do nothing to keep homeless an con artist away from the bus terminal

Unorganized bad communication
I dont mind riding greyhound but The bathroom in the greyhound in chicago was just HORRIBLE i was there for 2 hours wiating for my bus and i went in their was feces on the toilet seats blood on the toilet seats crap and blood in the toilet seats n no toilet papper that was just alwful!! i went backi n to see if anything changed nope most of hte stals had no tp and their was even blood on a toilet seat. disgusting i have to sit there for a few hours when i return i would like to go to the bathroom in a nice clean bathroom. an... read more

MY RIDE WAS PERFECT WASN'T LATE. ON TIME. BUS DRIVER'S WERE VERY CAUTIOUS. CONVERSATION FRIENDLY. I DON'T RIDE PLANE'S OR TRAIN'S. JUST STARTED BACK DOING VACATIONS. GREYHOUND BUS IS THE WAY! People should have more Faith. GO GREYHOUND! ITS THE WAY!
