horrible, crowded, dirty...rude people. beggars and a bathroom that I'm sure has new diseases brewing in it. definitely a 3rd world experience.
The layover in Memphis, TN is to long (19 hours). I don’t understand why such a long layover. I can understand and accept a 2 to 3 hour layover in Memphis. It would be different if I had relatives living in Memphis. I could spend some time with them. Now I got to try to stay awake until it’s time to leave. At the age of 63 it is not going to be easy. Horrible bus, stinky, dirty ! The most ugly experience! I don’t recommend the buses , the most sad they stole my ant baggage 😢 ! She doesn’t travel here again! Bad experience!!! 👎

Legit. The. Worst. Customer Service. EVER! Bus was late and they updated very few times and told us multiple things that led to confusion.
My destination was only an hour and a half and we actually passed it on our way to Chicago where I sat over an hour with very questionable people flocking around me. Uncomfortable and the man at the south bend terminal was 20 minutes late. Never a good experience with greyhound if I'm honest.
