Our bus was 3 hours late. When I called Grayhound no one knew when the bus would be there or even where it was. I called every half hour for 3 hours as did others waiting for the same bus. No one was ever given an answer as to why it was delayed or how much longer we had to wait. There was no email alert that the bus was late and the customer service line was no help. Chicago station! customer service sucks. no one is honest or professional.i would travel Greyhound again as long as I can avoid chicago
Greyhound is ok. The Chicago station is dirty and not the safest
Todays adventure has been a big mess. Kept getting shuffled around to different gates and changing buses on us. Finally was told they were over booked and added a bus. But waited another two hours before our new bus left and the the driver joked he was late because he had been drinking the night before.
The worst station out there. The staff is incompetent and extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. Unprofessional and rude. Steer clear of Brenda, she's a nightmare. Every time I've had an issue with Greyhound, it's been at this bus station.
I recommend taking another mode of transportation
