I got a vehicle from here about a week ago. Daniel “Dan the Man” Osborne, is a great sales minion and that boy needs a raise. He was the only reason I didn’t run out of there screaming. I have had an issue with this dealership and have attempted to escalate to management/ ownership with no response from either. Their claim of customer satisfaction and service is simply not true..
On Monday, November 12th, I brought my 2009 Dodge Challenger in to the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin. My car had quit holding a charge overnight. When I called the dealership, I told the employee (a lady named Tonia) that I had already paid one mechanic to run a full diagnostic and they came back saying that my TPM was completely bad and was draining my battery. Worst service trip ever. Came in about 11:10 for an oil change with an appointment. Sat and waited for well over the hour and a half they told me it was going to be. No one came to talk to me or update me at all. I asked for an update and yet no one came back. Very unpleasant and very inconvenient.
Bought a truck in August 2018, paid cash, still don’t have my title or license plate, my current drive out tag expires Friday, the general manager won’t return phone calls, terrible customer service.
Fernando Nunez lied and over promised on the phone. We drove clear from Kentucky and then everything changed. Don't waste your time they will manipulate anything to make a sale and then leave you high and dry.
So I had a couple of dash lights come on indicating an ABS and ESC problem. Internet research suggested a wheel speed sensor but I brought the Jeep in for a diagnostic check just to be sure. While I had it in I figured why not get an oil change as I had a coupon for one. I dropped my Jeep off yesterday at 3. The buying experience wasn’t bad with this dealership...the problems came after. Getting free oil changes/car detailing for a year was apart of the contract...yet every time I make a scheduled appointment to get it done, it takes 4+ hours. It’s absolutely insane and seems like the want me to go somewhere else because I’m not paying them.
