I purchased my Jeep in 2016. Each time I have taken it to be serviced, I always get a “everything looks great!” report. I don’t question it (which is my fault), and sign on the dotted line. I take it to be serviced in January 2019, to which I also received a “fantastic” report. Come to find, when I take my tire in for a “leak” and go to another provider, my car is not only out of alignment, but my tires are so bald that I need all four replaced. My experience was less than desirable. Care for the customer is not their highest concern.
Stay far away from these swindlers. I’ve been in the market for a new vehicle and I decided to go back to the dealership that I purchased my Jeep Patriot from in order to trade it in for another vehicle. I found a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado that I liked and I decided to strike a deal. I wanted a Jeep with leather and a hitch. The salesman said no problem they could add that on. My salesman was hurrying me out and never even had my car detailed or explained anything even though he said “sign here and we will do this before you leave’ lie!!! I took my Jeep back to have the leather heated seats and hitch installed. It took a few days. Got my Jeep back on Friday and on Saturday the Gas cap light started coming on. They could not bully and abuse their customers. They could respond to legitimate requests for refunds. They could make sure their paperwork is accurate. They could deliver on their promises and answer their customers' questions.
RecommendedI bought a 2017 Ram Rebel 1500 from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I absolutely love it. Gerard was a fantastic salesman and gave me a great deal. I spent almost a week working a deal with these clowns. They price their used cars above nada retail and KBB and offer low ball trade offers. These guys take forever to call you back and despite their claim of “customer service” they don’t seem very motivated to sell cars. Look elsewhere for a car this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
Just one star or less . I bought the Dodge Challenger 2019. They have no sincerity. From Sales and Marketing Manager. Misappropriation of the customer.
