Southfolk is the place to buy your next car or truck the team that worked with me was Mr.Gambino, Randy, Adam, Moody and James you couldn't ask for a better combo...They came to my house to do the appraisal, and took my trades to the dealer for me plus Mr. gambino rode my motorcycle from my house back to the dealer!!!!! this is the meaning of service. I’ve always had good experiences with the team at Lia CJDR Schenectady — Freddy Estrada in service is excellent at communicating and always professional. That’s why this one stung. I supplied my own D3S bulb and ballast for my 2019 Grand Cherokee and was charged $340 in labor only for what most shops and RepairPal list as a 0.5–1.5 hour job (dealer average $180–$250). This dealership just wants the sale! Once they get you do buy, they don’t care about any issues you have with your vehicle. Service department brushes you off, says “no trouble found” when you bring the vehicle in multiple for same issue! General Manager Tim Foss does not return phone calls
