I took my Jeep to the service center (with an appt) two weeks ago as of today for an oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of a recalled fan. I was told it would be ready by lunch time the next day and someone would be calling me. I have yet to hear from anyone- no one will return my voicemails and no one will answer my calls when I try repeatedly. I spoke with corporate last week who was unable to get ahold of them either. We bought a used car at this dealership. It took them over a month to pay off my car with me nagging them that it hadn’t been paid off. Even my lender got involved making several phone calls to get it resolved. Then had to have a tire replaced that was in the original deal. We came to the dealership and waited over 3 hours for a tire! Then get it back and the tire doesn’t even match the other three on the car. I did get two oil changes for free for that cluster. This is a PSA. Worst dealership I have ever tried to work with. Their staff is untrained on the products they sell, and if you have a question good luck getting an answer. Here are my two examples of the outstanding customer service “Pun”. I went to visit the dealership a few months back to talk about a 2019 Ram 2500. We bought our 2018 Ram 1500 back in December. We never liked the service from this place but my husband fell in love with this truck, that we just went with it. Maybe that was our mistake but we thought that we would not have to deal with them anymore after taking the car home. That was our second mistake. Dont make appointments you are not ready to perform and leave someone sitting in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours without telling them you cant perform the job you agreed to perform 6 weeks prior. Are you going to compensate her for her time or do you really not care about other people's time? She sat there TWO HOURS ON HER DAY OFF! Would you return to a place that did that to you?
I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this company again. They have done nothing but screw me over since I walked out the dealer ship 2 months ago. First off the whole 9 hours I was there they told me they were on the phone with ascend federal credit union to do my financing through. So I have been putting all my car payment account money into this ascend account they told me to.. last week I got a letter from some place called Chrysler capital telling me I have yet to pay one penny on my car .
