I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I was a little frustrated with the vehicle I bought (or leased), a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I chose this vehicle bc it came with 4WD, which I wanted for the winter months since I live out in the country in Burns, TN. However, the one time I needed it, it wouldn't work, and, hence, I got stuck in the ice. My husband had to drive out and "rescue" me. The 4WD gear shift wouldn't budge. Brandon was AMAZING! !!! His knowledge, friendliness and most important to me, attitude, were spot on! He immediately understood what I was looking for and after a disappointment that was zero fault of his own, he somehow pulled off a “rabbit out of the hat” moment. Brandon bent over backwards and we’ve continued a great friendship! I’d give him more than a 1,000 on a scale of 1-10 if that’s possible. Exceptional experience!!!!
