Do not go here for service....i had brand new oem spark plugs put in. Drove 900 miles on them. Took my vehicle in for service they told me i needed new spark plugs...they gave me an ivoice for repair. I told them to go ahead and fix it...a week later they tell me they cant even get the part to fix it so it cant be fixed. Period. My vehicle has been on their lot for 2 weeks and is still sitting there in worse shape then when i dropped it off. Do not expect Chrysler Dodge to stand behind the "satisfaction guaranteed" in their advertisements. Do not expect anyone at Chrysler to care about your vehicle or give you any assistance at all past your warranty. My 2 yr old Charger just passed the 36,000 mile warranty and had to have the car towed. No help and ridiculous labor charges. I used to love Dodge. Now, not so much.
Always had great experiences here! Very nice owner who is at the dealership alot and great managers. Sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable but not over pushy. Service department is fast and so affordable for the value.
If you can help it go to another Jeep dealership. Their service department is a complete mess. They have no communication what so ever. I purchased a wrap around package for my new purchased jeep. The service department does not check if your vehicle is covered. They sent me an authorization notice to work on an issue that had a 0.00 dollar charge. I authorized the work. I get there to pick up the jeep and they try and charge me $700.00 for the work done. I showed them the authorization page that i signed showing the $0.00. ... read more
The service departments a complete rip off their service director Is a complete ass hole needs to be fired for the way he talks his customers in treats people My vehicle will never go back for a service there at all
Had an appointment at 8 am today for an alignment and tire rotation. Was told on the phone that the service techs come in at 8 am, so if I made an appointment then, they would have me out quickly. After an hour and a half, I checked on my Jeep. They had not even started. Said it would be 3 to 4 hours total time before I could get out of there. I left.
