Being a fleet vehicle, Daniella went above & beyond dealing with Element, getting them the information they needed prior to repair, and then handling the billing with them as well. All I had to do was thank them and waive goodbye at pickup. I would highly recommend this dealer. In addition, I was really surprised how quickly they were able to service the vehicle too, as this was not a scheduled maintenance visit, but an emergency breakdown.
