Amazing experience. My wife and I inquired about a used vehicle. We were contacted quickly by Jake. Jake was very professional and at the same time, seemed like a friend instead of a salesman which we loved. He was very knowledgeable, professional and never pushed us to purchase anything. Wish there was a score below 1 star! f you live in the Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in over 20 years! I normally do not post things like this, but I feel so compelled to help others not end up dealing with the issues we are.
