Customers should never be a victim of add on’s after they did not agree to prior to signing paperwork. If your company puts the unwanted add on, please make sure it works as you lied to the customer. Then please call them back when they reach out. Salesman failed, General Manager failed. A company that practices bad business practices, won’t be a company that survives this Economy!!!
