I always bring my car here for oil changes back for a few years they were pretty good but every service advisor have worked here has NEVER gave me any notice about any recalls that came out NOT 1 service advisor. Until recently my alternator went out and Tonia was my last service advisor she went out of her way and did the recalls for me and was helpful.
A year later I’m still waiting on our referral!!! Just curious if any one else has had this problem??I have spoken highly of them so this just puts a bad taste in my mouth with them...As they don’t seem to hold up their end of the deal
I love my Journey, every time I have taken it in for service, everyone has been really nice, I have been in and out, no issues!! I will drive to take my Journey for service here and no where else!

What is Customer Service??? When I came to this dealership I came here for a reason because Brian Harris was a excellent sell man. At this point I am highly PISSED!!!!! This dealership can sell you a car with all these special features with Uconnect or Drive Uconnect or Guardian but don’t know Adam from Eve on how to fix the problem or resolution. Let me start by saying I have never before given a bad review of any business. I absolutely love my Jeep! And my salesman, who I shall keep nameless, was very much in touch with me when trying to find the exact Jeep that I wanted. After that...it all falls apart. Service department is completely incompetent. Had my vehicle for 3 weeks in the service area. Had to call them several times a day to get a hold of someone to get a status report on it. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.
I can't even begin to explain my disappointment in the service department. The one star is for Annette, who was the most helpful in trying to get information for my father and me about my son's car. My dad and son brought the car in on Friday, May 18th. Scott was the advisor. Let me mention that my 78 year old dad had been looking forward to the visit and helping his grandson out with the list of items needing to be fixed. Buying my car was fine...even though I drove almost 3 hours each way & paid almost $100.00 more a month then I was told. After I got home I noticed rust looking spots all over my 2018 Jeep Grand paint. I could not get it off no matter how hard I scrubbed my Jeep. I was told that I would have to drive back to the dealership to get them to look it at & fix it (if it got approved).
