Purchase of a leased vehicle Stephen assisted me in the purchase of my vehicle— which I had originally leased from the dealership. The process of completing necessary paperwork and tasks was made super easy— which was great because I was in the process of moving out of state. Unfortunately, because of moving out of state I won’t be able to make it back to Franklin CDJR any time soon— but I highly recommend the dealership, and specifically asking for Stephen for any needs you have!

Very friendly and helpful with the entire process They were covered over with customers on this day but as soon as I came in I was seen to, asked who I was there to see, asked my vehicle of interest, offered a test drive, and within minutes had started the purchase process.

Good luck on getting a response Well my experience with this has been horrible for one one minute the price is one then when you check 2 weeks later its higher with the claim that it's been reduced so my experience and dealing (which is very little but looking for the right truck not just one to buy) is other wise very very VERY POOR BE AWARE of the internet prices they dont reflex on what they wont it's much higher

Professional, attentive and easy to work with! It was a pleasure working with Stephen on the purchase of the 2017 Altima. We had a lot in common having both gone to colleges in Memphis. Should I ever be in the market for a CDJ or R I will certainly look Stephen up. I am also very happy to recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Brandy in service is amazing I purchased my jeep in Jacksonville Florida and recently moved to Noshville. It was time for an oil change, and what a pleasant surprise it was to meet Brandy and service. She is outstanding! I had several things to check on with my new Jeep and she did not hesitate to make sure it was executed to perfection. $400 to UNPLUG my issue! On Monday, November 12th, I brought my 2009 Dodge Challenger in to the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin. My car had quit holding a charge overnight. When I called the dealership, I told the employee (a lady named Tonia) that I had already paid one mechanic to run a full diagnostic and they came back saying that my TPM was completely bad and was draining my battery.
