My sun roof was left vented overnight, a new service oil sticker was not replaced and the error code that was supposed to be fixed came on again the next day. When I called to have them look at it again, I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it when they assured me when I picked it up that the error code was fixed.
I broke down while passing through town. Lia was closest. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had with a Jeep dealership. Freddy Estrada was my first contact. He could have made this a very different experience for me knowing his techs had a packed schedule. Instead, he listened intently, asked clarifying questions, and then brought my case to his boss. The service dept. was fantastic and took care of my needs. They greeted me at the door and made sure all my questions were answered.
Service was quick and professional. Car completed when promised. Service advisor Jeff explained services performed and recommended.
They won't' service your jeep when it gets old. So, if you're luck enough to have a jeep that lasts a few years this dealer won't service it. I have a 2014 wrangler needing service and was refused by this dealer who told me that they won't service jeeps older than 2017,

We have bought several vehicles from this dealer and continue to use them for all maintenance matters. They are friendly, knowledgeable and speedy.
I had the worst experience with this dealer. After multiple attempts to shop the vehicles I wanted I was forced into something that has been nothing but problems. My truck was brand new when purchased and the dealership has done nothing to resolve the issues. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
