Friendly Quick Service Equals Peace of Mind I have worked with John on and off for the last six years. First with a Jeep Wrangler and now with my Renegade. I purchased both my vehicles from this dealership. I don't expect hand holding but I do expect professionalism and my dealership/customer experience to be delivered as promised. DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I could write a book with a list of issues we have had with this dealership and we only bought our brand new Dodge Journey from them 9 months ago. It has been problem after problem with them and they are so irresponsible with returning phone calls. Paul, the manager claims to be in meetings all day every day rather then managing his dealership. Car deal gone bad This place is as shady as shady comes ! Received a call about wanting a paystub to "finalize" things (which I was under the impression they already were) Once I expressed how I didn't like how things went I was asked to come in and things would be "fixed" LIES LIES was supposed to speak to the general manger or the Financial advisor (Chris ) who called me. Good Folks We were interested in purchasing a used Jeep. We found a very nice one on the used car lot. Walter Whitehead was our sales rep and he did a very good job of working with us on this car (our first Jeep) and spent time explaining how the soft top worked and various other aspects unique to Jeep. Their detail shop did a nice job of cleaning and servicing whatever was needed (oil, filters, etc). We also negotiated a very fair price for the car. We would definitely deal with these folks again!!

BEST Dealership in TN Everything from pre-sales to post-sales was exceptional. We have purchased all of our vehicles from Stephen Farrar for the last 4 years. Stephen takes time with us to understand exactly what we are looking for, and when I come in for oil changes always takes the time to come and see how we are enjoying our vehicle and assists in everything he can to make sure we are taken care of. Service provided at this dealership is fast and professional. There is no other dealership I will ever use.
