Bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Buying the new Jeep at Franklin Chrysler Jeep was excellent. Stephen was great to work with. I am enjoying the vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Poor Service I would give no stars if possible. This is by far the worst service experience ever. I am on my second Jeep and it will be my last. The service department over commits and under delivers.
First Class Service and Treatment Jordan Williams gave my wife and I a five star buying experience. Completely dodging the car salesman stereotype, it was no pressure, no rush, LOTS of Q&A, lots of my kid all over him, lots of knowledge with detailed explanation and demonstrated the “how to’s” when you buy a vehicle and how to operate something that that has more bells and whistles than you know what to do with. Jeep Wrangler Purchase I had an excellent experience buying a Jeep at Franklin Jeep. Negotiations were tough but ultimately I was able to get a deal that I think was very happy with. I took delivery of my Jeep the same day and it was detailed perfectly. Fantastic service I have bought 2 Jeep Cherokees from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep over last 4 years and the experience was tip top. Rodney Newberry in finance was particularly helpful and worked hard to get me the best terms of my loan as well as refund on extended warranty on previous Jeep. The best car buying experience I ever experienced My credit is poor, my income is low and when everyone else turned me down or wanted a big down payment these guys helped me out. They worked just as hard for me if not harder than if I’d walked in with gold on my fingers and cash overflowing. From my pockets. So they gave me the fresh start and benefit of the doubt. I walked away with a brand new vehicle. I love it.
Ask for Stephen Farrar when you visit! My husband and I had been shopping for a new car for a couple weeks and hadn't had the best experience with the sales people we had come across.
