Scheduled oil change per maintenance contract for 0900 hrs. Departed dealer at 11:30 hrs. Oil change should take approx 1 hour not 2.5 hrs. Some computer software upgrade work and tire rotation was completed also. Better communication is needed regarding maintenance task duration.
