The service was excellent. I took my Jeep in to get maintenance done and the service team was so helpful and nice. They explained what needed to be done and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my Jeep to be done. Exceptional customer service!
Always a very clean and tidy facility. Everyone working there is top class! The service department especially has always been very helpful and responsive.

Sold me a great car, but the process was infuriating. Very predatory sales tactics. The manager specifically became very rude to me and my family and I almost reversed my decision on the vehicle. Great dealership, Koltin, Dwhite, and Landon were all amazingly helpful during our purchase of the first car for my brother. They made the purchase process extremely fast and easy (we were in and out within an hour). Hard to find people that truly help their customers with what they need.
Had a great experience with my salesman, Darik Brown. I had a terrible experience at my local dealer, contacted him and he was straight forward from the beginning. I drove from a different side of Houston twice just to deal with them, customer service was the best I found while shopping around. This was the first time I’ve left a dealership feeling happy. I will be back to work with Southfork again. Also, beautiful dealership with a kids playroom!

Very dissatisfied with the service department. I went into to have an inspection. I was told the tires need replaced to pass. I was suspicious because I had had a tire shop just look at the tires and they told me they were sufficient to pass inspection. I advised this dealer to not do the work. I picked up the car. The inspection form completed by the tech had the right front at 2/32 and the left front at 3/32. I looked up the Pennsylvania standard for inspection and it states unequivocally that 2/32 passes.
