I least a 2022 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Foss. Our vehicle has only 20K miles. We bring our vehicle in for its required service. Every time we go, the service department takes hours. There is a large lack of respect for customers from the Service Department. We will find a closer dealership to service our vehicle with.

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! !!! Do NOT GO HERE! We have been played around with all day!! They RAN OUR CREDIT multiple times and saying its estimated numbers which makes no sense. The guy Johnny we spent all day with closing a deal ghosted us. So then after he has all of our personal info and we hear nothing we call and apparently he’s fired. I am extremely disappointed with Jeep’s handling of my leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rental vehicle, Jeep has not offered any assistance or solutions for the remaining 60 days. This lack of support has left me without a vehicle, despite leasing a brand-new car. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company of this caliber.
