Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!! Waiting for a refund for a returned order and the rep just literally sighed into the phone like I was bothering him and told me he can't help me!!! His name was DRAKE! Do not order anything online from this company! They should be ashamed of themselves!
Long story short, someone decided it was acceptable to PEE in the dressing room at forever 21. Unfortunate for me, I was the next person to enter said dressing room. SO, my personal jeans, my personal keds, and the dress I wanted to buy got soaked in urine. Upon bringing this to the manager, I was offered 60% off clothing I NEEDED TO BUY or else I would have had to leave the store naked. This is by far the worst place to order from. Workers there are horrible even the supervisor Joan.M. Which is sad if you want a refund for something you paid 2 day shipping for, be prepared to wait about 3 weeks for it. Tried to speak with someone above a supervisor I was told there is not one. What a fuckin joke.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order yesterday moring @ 6am online and paid $22.95 to have it delivered today its now noon & my order is still processing, called cs...very rude rep & unprofessional..they are very nonchalant with a they dont care either way attitude... then he advised me he couldnt guarantee that my order will be delivered today, yet I paid $22.95 for next day delivery. I advised to cancel my order I will not be spending another penny with this company!
