placed one order, got charged 3 time. Now customer service told me to wait 24-48 hours for the order to go through, the order did eventually goes through but the other 2 false charges still on pending. Call again and customer service told me it was my bank but the bank say it was at your end because you are still not dropping the false charges....call again and they telling me to wait 7 days... why do i keep hearing difference excuses ? and why do i have to wait 7 days for your stupid mistake.
Just wanted to let you know that I keep getting emails for someone named Sarah who apparently has an account with you. I need you to fix this BULLSHIT immediately. I don’t want emails from this crappy store.
I just had a customer service experience at Forever 21 which made me look forward to the day Jeff Besos starts to sell clothes in a serious way. Until then, I'll be shopping elsewhere.
It has been brought to my attention that Forever 21 is selling swastika jewelry. There is no place for a symbol that epitomizes evil and death anywhere in our society. Shame on you!
BUNCH OF THIEVES WORKS DOWN THERE!!! Ordered $65 items and never got the package, if we ask them where's the package? they tell us to contact usps, then again usps tells us to contact forever21! The employees are trained thieves like their fucking bosses! they cut off the line on your face! They need to learn a legal lesson!
