horrible customer service and online return policy. buyer pays return shipping for all items even if the items were not as described on the website and even if the item is defective! will never shop there again, especially with so many other companies that actually compete for their customers.
Horrible customer service. Holiday returns not extended and store doesn't accept return or exchange. Customer service and store sales person were both rude.
I would like to say first that I have never had an issue with F21 - but this last order more than made up for the previous orders. I moved 2 days ago and ordered just short of $150 worth of clothes to wear to my new job. I changed my shipping address but made sure not to change my billing address yet, as the change has not yet been completed through my bank. I called my bank to report fraud on my card and it was a purchase from Forever21. The person from my institution called Forever 21 to get the order shipment canceled and request a refund. The person who we spoke with (did not get his name) was absolutely rude. He kept interrupting when I was talking had a really bad attitude like he was being bothered by the call.
