I tried placing an order three times yesterday for several pairs of socks and a $40 gift card. Your website says free shipping on purchases $50 or more. My purchase was $52. I called customer service three times to find out why I wasnt getting the free shipping. Jodi was especially rude and condescending . Your return policy is EXTREMELY STRINGENT. And the interesting thing that I found out through your customer service department is that when a return comes in to your warehouse which is shown to be beyond your 30 day exchange date, you throw the unused, undamaged clothing items in the trash bins. Nice....
Walden Galeria, store buffalo , NY Jan, 25th. It would be really nice if they would answer their phone. They just kept hanging up on me. Therefore I ended up driving to store and find out that Leo the manager had turned the volume down probably because he was irritated by my continuous calling. Not a Happy Person right now!!
I had purchased a coat from the Victor NY (Eastview Mall) store which I did not realize was damaged from inside. I went back to the store the very next day to exchange it but the store did not have any more in stock and I was given a store credit for the price of it. I would like to know why is it that I was charged sales tax on a clothing item i purchased online when I live in NJ and there are no sales tax on clothes and shoes for NJ residents....I've made 3 complaints and was told that it would be corrected in 48 hrs and 96 hrs later I'm still waiting for the problem to be fixed, if this problem is not corrected I will not sign for the delivery and I will take it up with my bank and u better believe that i will write the president/CEO of this company to lodge a formal complain!!!!!
