Paid extra for expedited shipping.....supposed to arrive within 3 days.....day 2, items haven't even shipped! Customer service number says they're "Currently closed on Sunday's" and disconnects. IT'S THURSDAY!!!! Is this Pacific time out of California or am I calling another planet? I also see no one has bothered to respond to anyone's complaints on here. Looks like this company won't be around much longer.
Never received online order after having FedEx deliver my package to the USPS AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME IT WAS DELIVERED!!!!!
I was sent a pair of jeans that I purchased online WITHOUT tags. I literally took them out of the package, tried them on, discovered they were too big and went to the store to exchange them. I was told I could not exchange them because they had no tags. I explained that they came that way, but was told by the clerk they could do nothing. I emailed the company and was told it's "impossible" for the item to have been sent without tags. Apparently, the employees are perfect and never make a mistake. Been trying to get an e-gift certificate since last week. Still haven't gotten it and every time i call customer service i get Indians that cant speak English. I ordered on Thursday assuming that I would get the email right away once the money was taken. Nope...24 - 48 hours to send an email but they took my money right away. my daughter was hired here in yakima,wa. with the new forever 21 store opening in our mall. opening of the store was feb.17th. my daughter & other employees have not worked since then!!! forever 21 hired too many employees!!! today is feb. 27 my daughter & other co workers talked with the sooo called manager of the store, says shes going to fix the hours......it never happened!!! how can you run a business if you do not take care of you so called employees!!
