You have no concern for your customer. I call 888-494-3837 in ref to a return on a online order I made. My return is past the 30 days, but as I tried to explain the circumstances were beyond my control. I was given a robotic response by the phone rep and then by the so called manager. I do understand rules and I abide, but I also understand that exceptions can be made. If it was in my control I would have abide. very insensitive .... without customers, what do you have???
this is the worst customer service i have ever tried to work with. they don't care. they have almost $200.00 worth of my items and will not let me contact them to get it back. i have sent 8 emails trying to find out about my items and no response. i'll never buy another item from any of their stores or on line. rude rude rude people. i would advise everyone to not shop there. we need to show them without us they will be forced to close all of their stores. that's so sad because with our current economy stores need customer. ... read more
Horrible customer service for online shopping issues. They don't care if they screw up the ordering processes. Wasted a lot of my time tracking down my package by the time my package came and the item didn't fit it was passed return date and couldn't return what didn't fit.
FOREVER21 has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. After calling about a item the first time, someone overseas answered and told me I would be getting a refund. A week later still no refund. I called back today and was hung up on when asked to speak with a supervisor. Then called back and was told that the supervisor was on a call and I could call back in an hour!!! I will NEVER order from this company again and I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone I know to do the same.

kinda wished i worked here full time. i was a temp in the IT department.
I put an item on the waitlist a few days ago, received an email stating it was back in stock. Immediately clicked on it to order and of course it's not in stock. Spoke to customer service who said, too bad, so sad, nothing we can do about that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said, "They are going to tell you the same thing." Spoke to my local store who said to write to corporate. Can' t get to corporate apparently and not talking to the rude customer service folks anymore. Why treat customers this way?
