Stay away from all online orders. You will not receive product no matter how many operators and supervisors you talk to. This company is so poorly organizied and deserves to fail!
I have been dealing with an issue since Oct 7th. I placed an order with forever 21 and i never received it. They said they would claim it with fed ex but 2 times fed ex has denied claim accordering to forever 21. Everytime i call they tell me to deal with fed ex but everytime i call fed ex they tell me im not their customer and they can't give me any information. I am astonished reading some of the comments because I have the same issue....if I knew their customer service was that bad I would have never ordered things from them....I placed an order for but never received my stuff. I keep calling customer service to get it resolved. First they told me I had to query it with my credit card, when I did this and got the info they told me the time passed to dispute it that I have to call the carrier...this is not my responsibility....I didn't enter into a contract with the carrier. Horrible service. They won't give me back my money or send the items I ordered. Best believe I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere, calling corporate and speaking to as many people as I can until I get my money back. Buyer beware.
