Forever21 is a RIP off. Dont order from them. If fedex say they ship your item's and you didn't receive it. Forever21 isn't doing nothing to help me. So I'm just out of $106.00 and not items. I been trying to get help from June 13th to July 19th nothing I called corporate and left a message nothing yet. And now corporate # just be busy.

Never order from here online. Never buying from Forever 21 again. Bought two things with expressed shipping for a planned vacation. When the ordered got here nothing I ordered was inside of the bag. Instead, there were a bag of screws!!!! I emailed and called several times and so far nothing has been done! Never will I ever order from them.
I placed an order that I NEVER received for my son's 19 birthday back in April. Forever 21 has denied my claim for, get this, $46.00. Forty six dollars!! They told me Fed Ex says they delivered the package so my claim is no longer valid. I will never ever never ever shop at forever 21 again. And I work in school district, I will be telling it ALL!
i CANNOT GET THRU TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. BEEN CALLING SINCE 8 AM AND IT'S NOW AFTER 10AM AND THE RECORDING I GET IS THAT THEY ARE CLOSED AND WILL REOPEN AT 5AM PST BUT ITS WAY PAST THAT. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET AHOLD OF THEM?

When I asked to speak to a manager - the woman put me on hold, and when she returned, she told me that the "multiple managers" she had asked for assistance were all on another line. I could receive a call back - but, I refused. Then she told me "well to tell you the truth, there is nobody here to make that decision." I cannot believe that a company employee could lie like that.
