Piece of shut store stole my money $175. Wont respond and i get disconnected every time i call. Even messaged in messenger. Nothing. Calling the BBB. Filed complaint with the BBB about this scam and fraud. Hoping investigation gets handled. I suggest everyone do the same.

Forever 21 refuses to refund me approximately $201.00. I ordered some merchandise back in February somehow fedex lost the package but forever 21 and fedex keeps giving me the run and blaming one another. I haves filed several claims and has been denied. I have a missing package since feb. after 2 claims and no resolution they want me to wait an additional 10 business days for a third claim. I just want a refund. The worst customer service !
Took 8months of harassing customer service about an order I never received to be told fed ex denied the claims both times so I will not be given my money back at all despite spending over $100. My last order was left in front of my door. No one knocked. No one signed for it. Just left on my front door. Worst customer service I’ve ever had! Never again! I purchased an e-gift card for my nieces birthday. She never received it. I called customer service 3 times trying to get this resolved. They were rude and very unhelpful. After trying and trying to get some help, I settled with them giving me the card number and a pin for her to use online or in the store. Never received order and impossible to get a refund! Call the customer service number...you get some automated message. Chat online...you get the runaround and another number to call that also doesn't have a live human to help you on the other end. Email...no response. It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to jump through hoops to get product or refund when you don't have to jump through hoops to spend money at this place of "business". Where is your focus on the customer?!
