They are thieves! Only received partial order and have been trying to get my order or refund since late August
Better delivery service! I ordered on 10/7 and still don't have my order. The order status says expected delivery date was 10/12 but I have still not received it. Can't get response from my online inquiry either.
Forever 21 has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They make the customer jump through hoops to get a refund from an online order that was never delivered. Your issues with your shipping partner should not penalize YOUR customer, and your customer service agents do nothing to make YOUR customer feel that their issues have been resolved or that they even provided any service at all. Very disappointed with this company and the way they treat THEIR customers.
Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!! Misdelivered my package no communication what so ever!
