Exceptional service and great professional sales experience. Tiffany Compton was our sales representative. She is truly exceptional, friendly and very knowledgeable. A true professional who understands what the customer wants and works to get that for her customer. Genuinely friendly and warm, great experience at Falcone VW, a lot of the credit for our experience goes to Tiffany. She deserves a 5-star rating !!

Great experience with Tiffany Compton!!! I've bought several cars and always dread the car buying thing. Tiffany put me at ease, explained everything about the car and the process. She explained leasing verse buying and what my options were. I have never had a car buying experience like this. Other dealers make me feel like they are up to something. I never felt this way with Tiffany. If anyone is looking to buy a car I will for sure send them to Tiffany. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Fourth car I have bought here. Bert is the best guy around. He understands how insane life can be and really makes the buying experience a breeze. I have never felt that I am not a valued customer or that I am not getting a fair deal. Last time I was in and out in under an hour. I can tell you that I will be buying me next car here. Church review. This is our third new Subaru purchased at Falcone. Our sales person is Tiffany Compton, and to be honest she is the reason we continue to drive the 55 miles for our Subaru. Tiffany is very professional and honest. She is not high pressure and works with you to get what you want. I highly recommend Tiffany and will continue to work with her in the future. If possible I would rate her way above a 10.

Great Experience Overall I had a great experience here and John Franks was exceptionally helpful. I was originally going to buy a new Forester from another dealer in Indianapolis, but decided at the last minute to go through Costco, which only works with selected salespeople at selected dealerships. I am very happy that made that decision, because the entire process of buying the Forester through Falcone went smoothly -from the initial contact by John Franks to the financing. Highly recommended!
