Excellent team I am taking my car to Falcone Service since I bought my GTI from their dealership. They gave no reason not to go there. Every time I visit there they are getting better and better. Outstanding Service I had been checking all the local Subaru dealers sites every week for a while waiting for the exactly model and packages for the Crosstrek that I wanted. Finally, one was coming. Steve and Gary made the car buying experience nothing but a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Falcone.

Great customer service We had a feature installed on our car and we weren't happy with the performance. We told the dealer about our problems and the service manager went above and beyond to replace the part with a better model at no charge to us. He even followed up with a phone call while he was waiting for an answer just to make sure we knew he was working on it for us.

Happy customer since 2010 I bought my TDI Jetta Sedan new at this dealership in September 2010. The buying experience was smooth and the service at Falcone is second to none! THE BEST amongst THE REST I am still in a shock after my unexpected AWESOME buying experience at Falcone VW. When someone says that it's like getting your teeth pulled when you buy a car, it's true almost everywhere except at Falcone. These people are true gentleman and ladies in all departments. Astounding Care and Service I was truly blown away by the experience that my wife and I had with all of Falcone Subaru. We purchased a used 2005 Subaru Outback and experienced a few problems that all the staff of the dealership were eager to fix for us. The air conditioning wasn't working consistently on our test drive, so the dealership gladly fixed that for us as well as a couple cosmetic issues with the car.
